Dinkum Get 5 free Dinks

Found on Google.
Every single morning.

The search agency that does the work instead of reporting on it. One change a morning, a Dink, ready for you to approve, and a verdict on every one.

Meet Dirk Dinkler.

Dirk is a snake who eats opportunities. Every weekday morning he finds the one worth the most on your site and turns it into a Dink: one change, made, checked and waiting for your approval. Every Dink that works, Dirk grows a little.

What comes out

  • Competitor

Tallybook published “Tallybook vs Ledgerline” on Tuesday.

Your side of it is planned for Thursday.
  • Losing clicks

/invoice-templates is down 31%. Lost rankings, not demand.

A refresh is planned for Wednesday.
  • AI answers

ChatGPT now names you for “invoicing app for plumbers”. Last week it didn’t.

    Holding steady.
  • Google

The October spam update finished. Nothing of yours moved.

    No action needed.
  • Indexing

Both new pages were indexed within three days.

    Done.
  • A question for you

What surprised you most when customers switched from spreadsheets?

Your answer goes on the contractors page.

Every Dink, and what it did.

Most agencies tell you rankings are up. Every change we've pushed, the site and pages it touched, and whether it did better or worse: Google clicks against the 28 days before, adjusted for the rest of your site. The duds stay on the list.

Your site, your call.

Dinkum proposes. You approve. Nothing reaches your live site, and nothing goes out under your name, until you say so.

Marketing pages only

You choose what it may touch. Anything else never becomes a Dink.

You approve every Dink

Each one is a pull request with its reasoning and screenshots attached.

A second AI checks it

A model from a different lab reviews every Dink before you see it.

Never more than two waiting

If two Dinks are waiting on you, it holds the day. Pause it for a launch any time.

You hit send

Posts and outreach pitches arrive as drafts. Nothing posts on its own.

It's all yours

Every page and fix lives in your repo. Stop any month and keep the lot.

Agencies send reports.
Dinkum does the work.

SEO agencies are built around the monthly deck: rankings up, a few recommendations, a call to walk through it. Then someone on your team has to do the work, if anyone does.

Dinkum is the other way round. The work is already done and waiting for your approval when you hear about it, with the reasoning attached and the site built.

And every Dink gets a verdict, good or bad. “Fair dinkum” is Australian for genuine: no vanity charts, no invented wins, just the work and the receipts.

Questions.

Anything else, ask us when you send your site.

What are AEO and GEO?

Answer engine optimisation and generative engine optimisation. Put simply: getting ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers to know your business, describe it correctly and recommend it. We track a set of questions your customers ask those tools every week, and fix the pages they draw on.

Who is Dinkum for?

Any business that wants more customers from search: software, services, shops, agencies. If people look for what you sell on Google or ask an AI about it, we can help.

Is this software I have to learn?

No. Dinkum is a service. We do the work; you approve Dinks and read the notes in Slack or email. The dashboard is there whenever you want to look, and there's a call every month.

What do you need from me?

Your website on GitHub (not there yet? we'll move it for you), access to Search Console, Slack or email for updates, and a few minutes a day to approve a Dink.

My site isn't on GitHub. Can we still work together?

Yes. We'll migrate your website into a GitHub repo for you, keeping every URL, redirect and page title so you don't lose the rankings you already have. Once it's moved, every Dink arrives for your approval like everyone else's.

Is this just AI writing blog posts?

Writing is a small part of it. Most days the best move is a fix: a title that isn't earning clicks, a page sitting at position 11, a link pointing at a redirect, a price that changed. Every Dink is chosen from your data, checked against your real facts, reviewed by a second model and measured afterwards.

How soon will I see results?

Shipped work in the first week. Search moves slower: a single Dink usually shows up in two to four weeks, and traffic compounds over months. The day-14 and day-28 checks show you which changes are pulling their weight along the way.

Could it break my site?

Every Dink has to build, stay inside your marketing pages and pass a second review before you see it, with desktop and phone screenshots in the PR. Then you approve it, or you don't.

What's a Dink?

One change to your site: found in your data, made in your code, checked, approved by you and judged on what it did. Dinks, not decks. Please Dink responsibly.

What if I'm not happy?

Your first five Dinks are free, and you keep them whether you stay or not. If you join and you're not happy by the end of your first month, tell us why and we'll refund that month in full.

Does Dirk bite?

Only your competitors. Every Dink still waits for your approval before it touches your site.

Why a snake?

On the old Nokias, the snake grew by eating one thing at a time. That's the job: one Dink a day, and Dirk gets a little longer every time one works. Watch him eat his way through a Dink near the top of this page.

Why “Dinkum”?

Fair dinkum is Australian for genuine. We wanted search work you can check: every Dink visible, every result measured.

Guides.

Straight answers on SEO, AEO and GEO.

Your first five Dinks are free.

Send us your site. We'll measure it the way we would on day one, check what AI tools say about you, then make the five changes that will help most. Each one comes to you to approve. No card, and you keep all five whether you stay or not.

  1. 1
    Send your site.

We look at it and email you the five Dinks we’d make first, and why.

  2. 2
    Give us access.

Your site’s GitHub repo and Search Console, from one short checklist. Not on GitHub? We’ll tell you what moving it takes first.

  3. 3
    Approve the five.

Each one built, checked on a desktop and a phone, and reviewed. Then decide if you want one every weekday morning.

  • No card. Keep all five, whether you stay or not.
  • Money-back first month. Not happy by the end of it? Tell us why and we’ll refund it in full.
